C.V. Chandler Building
The C.V. Chandler Building, Future Home of the WCI Arts Center

The West Central Arts Center is located at 25-29 East Side Square in Macomb, Illinois. C. V. Chandler built 25 East Side Square in 1881. The section of the building to the north, 29 East Side Square, was built by the Masons the same year. The third floor was added in 1892.
